Our approach to returns

We want you to be satisfied with the irrigation products you purchase from us. Returns will be accepted in cases where there are genuine concerns with the product, such as damage in transit, manufacturing defects, or incorrect items supplied.

Eligible return reasons

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is received in damaged or broken condition
  • The product has a clear manufacturing defect
  • You received a different item, size, or specification than what was ordered

Conditions for returns

  • Products must be reported within 10 days from date of delivery.
  • Items should be unused, in their original condition, and wherever possible with original packaging and invoice
  • Photos or videos of the issue may be requested to help us assess the concern

How to raise a return request

To raise a return request, please contact us with your order number, product details, a brief description of the issue, and supporting photos (if available). Our team will review the concern and guide you through the next steps, which may include replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Non-eligible returns

Returns may not be accepted for products damaged due to incorrect installation, misuse, normal wear and tear, or where there is no genuine issue with product quality or supply.
